ব্যবহারের শর্তাবলী

১. যোগ্যতা

• আপনার বয়স অবশ্যই ১৮ বা তার বেশি হতে হবে
• আপনাকে বিয়ের উদ্দেশ্যে আইনগতভাবে যোগ্য হতে হবে
• এই সাইটটি বৈবাহিক সম্পর্ক খোঁজার জন্য, ডেটিং বা অন্য কোনো উদ্দেশ্যে নয়

২. সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান

• সমস্ত তথ্য অবশ্যই সত্য এবং সঠিক হতে হবে
• অন্যের নাম, ছবি বা তথ্য ব্যবহার করা নিষিদ্ধ
• ভুল তথ্য দিলে অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থায়ীভাবে বাতিল করা হবে

৩. আচরণবিধি

ব্যবহারকারী হিসেবে আপনি প্রতিজ্ঞা করছেন যে:

• অন্য সদস্যদের সম্মানজনকভাবে আচরণ করবেন
• কোনো ব্যবহারকারীকে হয়রানি, হুমকি বা বিরক্ত করবেন না
• অশ্লীল, অনুপযুক্ত বা আপত্তিকর ছবি বা বার্তা শেয়ার করবেন না
• ধর্ম, জাতি বা সম্প্রদায়গত বৈষম্যমূলক আচরণ করবেন না
• প্রতারণা, জালিয়াতি বা অর্থ আদায়ের চেষ্টা করবেন না

৪. অ্যাকাউন্ট নিরাপত্তা

• পাসওয়ার্ড গোপন রাখার দায়িত্ব আপনার
• অ্যাকাউন্ট অন্য কাউকে দেবেন না
• সন্দেহজনক কিছু দেখলে অবিলম্বে পাসওয়ার্ড পরিবর্তন করুন ও আমাদের জানান

৫. ফি ও পেমেন্ট

বর্তমানে সিলেটি বিয়া সম্পূর্ণ বিনামূল্যে। ভবিষ্যতে নতুন ব্যবহারকারীদের জন্য নামমাত্র ফি থাকতে পারে, যা bKash এর মাধ্যমে পরিশোধ করা যাবে। ফি সংক্রান্ত কোনো পরিবর্তন হলে আগে থেকে জানানো হবে।

৬. যোগাযোগ পদ্ধতি

সিলেটি বিয়া শুধুমাত্র প্রাথমিক পরিচয়ের মাধ্যম। পাত্র-পাত্রীর মধ্যে সরাসরি যোগাযোগ হোয়াটসঅ্যাপের মাধ্যমে হয়। আমাদের কোনো অভ্যন্তরীণ মেসেজিং সিস্টেম নেই। বিয়ে সংক্রান্ত যেকোনো সিদ্ধান্ত সম্পূর্ণভাবে দুই পরিবারের।

৭. দায়বদ্ধতা

• আমরা শুধু প্ল্যাটফর্ম প্রদান করি — পাত্র/পাত্রীর চরিত্র, উদ্দেশ্য বা পরিচয়ের সঠিকতার দায় আমাদের নয়
• সাক্ষাতের আগে নিজে পরিবারের মাধ্যমে যাচাই করুন
• প্রথম সাক্ষাতে অভিভাবক সাথে রাখুন
• অর্থ বিষয়ক লেনদেনে সাবধান থাকুন

৮. অ্যাকাউন্ট বাতিল

নিচের যেকোনো কারণে আমরা আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বাতিল করতে পারি:

• শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘন করলে
• ভুয়া বা বিভ্রান্তিকর তথ্য দিলে
• অন্য ব্যবহারকারীর অভিযোগের ভিত্তিতে যাচাইয়ে দোষী প্রমাণিত হলে
• অবৈধ কার্যকলাপে জড়িত থাকলে

৯. বৌদ্ধিক সম্পদ

সিলেটি বিয়ার সকল ডিজাইন, লোগো, ছবি ও কন্টেন্ট আমাদের মালিকানাধীন। অনুমতি ছাড়া কপি, পুনঃপ্রকাশ বা বাণিজ্যিক ব্যবহার নিষিদ্ধ।

১০. পরিবর্তন

আমরা যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার রাখি। বড় পরিবর্তন হলে ইমেইল বা সাইটে নোটিশের মাধ্যমে জানানো হবে। পরিবর্তনের পরেও সাইট ব্যবহার চালিয়ে গেলে তা আপনার সম্মতি হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।

১১. আইনগত এখতিয়ার

এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত। যেকোনো বিরোধ সিলেট জেলার আদালতের এখতিয়ারে থাকবে।

১২. যোগাযোগ

কোনো প্রশ্ন বা সমস্যা থাকলে যোগাযোগ পৃষ্ঠা এর মাধ্যমে আমাদের জানান।

1. Eligibility

• This site is for finding marriage partners only — not dating or other purposes

2. Accurate Information

• All information must be truthful and accurate
• Using someone else's name, photos, or information is strictly prohibited
• False information will result in permanent account termination

3. Code of Conduct

As a user, you agree to:

• Treat other members with respect
• Not harass, threaten, or bother any user
• Not share obscene, inappropriate, or offensive photos or messages
• Not discriminate based on religion, ethnicity, or community
• Not attempt fraud, deception, or financial scams

4. Account Security

• Keeping your password safe is your responsibility
• Do not share your account with anyone
• If you notice suspicious activity, change password immediately and notify us

5. Fees and Payment

Sylhety Biya is currently completely free. In the future, new users may be charged a small fee, payable via bKash. Any changes will be announced in advance.

6. Communication

Sylhety Biya is only an introduction platform. Direct communication between potential brides and grooms happens via WhatsApp. We have no internal messaging system. Any marriage-related decisions rest entirely with the two families.

7. Liability

• We only provide the platform — we are not responsible for the character, intentions, or truthfulness of users
• Before meeting, verify independently through family
• Bring guardians to the first in-person meeting
• Be cautious with financial matters

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violating these terms
• Providing false or misleading information
• Being found guilty after investigating user reports
• Involvement in illegal activities

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, images, and content on Sylhety Biya are our property. Copying, redistribution, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Major changes will be notified via email or on-site notice. Continued use after changes constitutes your consent.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Sylhet district courts.
